How Frequency and Vibration Create the Structures Of Matter and Life
Lynne Herod-DeVerges

If we want to understand how the material world is created and what keeps it in a perpetual motion, we need to study the language of the living energy codes of matter, which is made of light, sound, and vibration. Most of us know that the material world is made of matter, but we do not understand the mechanics behind it.
Conventional science taught us that the material world came into existence by accident. If we study the science of matter deeply enough, we should eventually come to the conclusion that the material world did not occur by accident. The fact that physicists can describe the Universe using only mathematical formulas is proof that a divine being designed and created the material or external world.
When we look at frequency and vibration from the perspective of the external Creation, frequency and vibration have their differences. Frequency is the cyclic pattern of scalar waves that flash on and off. The frequency rate is determined by how fast energy units (partiki) contract and expand. Partiki units are the smallest building blocks of matter, even smaller than the smallest particles known to the human race. For this reason, modern scientists are not yet aware of partiki. Partiki are made of units of conscious energy that act like the template upon which consciousness enters manifestation.
The process when energy contracts toward the neutral point is known as vibration. The process when energy expands away from the neutral point is known as oscillation. The combination of vibration and oscillation is what determines the frequency rate (cyclic pattern of scalar waves) of all things. Scalar waves are standing waves that flash on and off. This process creates energy patterns that are processed by our consciousness and DNA to create our external reality. The on and off energy pattern is very simple but yet it has infinite potential. This is the mysterious and amazing power of the intelligence of Creation.
How Reality Works at the Most Fundamental Level
The core structures of reality work similar to how a computer works. A computer communicates and operates through the use of binary codes, which are codes that consist of ones (on) and zeros (off). Binary codes are very simple but with the right combinations they can help computers create magnificent things. For example, when we paint a picture using a computer software, the core state of the colors and shapes in the picture are basically made of ones and zeros. We do not see our picture as ones and zeros because the central processing unit (CPU) and its counterparts process the binary codes as colors and shapes. The greatest thing about binary codes is that there are no limits to their combinations.
The following excerpt from Fix-Your-Computer-Today.com does a great job explaining how binary codes work.
Binary code works by representing content (letters, symbols, colors) in a form that computers can understand. This is done by breaking the content down into a numeric system of two digits “0” and “1”. To accomplish this, computers use electrical impulses switching OFF and ON to represent these two digit numbers. This can be better understood by understanding how a computer chip works.
A computer chip is made of millions of transistors that act as switches much like a light bulb in your home. If you want light you move the switch to “ON” to allow electricity to flow through the light bulb thus giving you light, but if you switch back to “OFF” the light goes away because the electrical signal is interrupted. The switching behavior from a computer chip is similar in the sense that it can only understand two results, “ON” and “OFF”. These results correspond well with the two digits numeric system of “1” and “0” best described as binary (“1” representing “ON” and “0” representing “OFF”).

The simple process of using binary codes to create things within the hardware of computers is very similar to how Creation creates our external reality or material world. The material world works very similar to a virtual reality. At its core, the material world is made of only light (energy) that flashes on and off to create energy codes. This fundamental process that involves light flashing on and off is known as partiki phasing.
Partiki phasing creates energy patterns which are then processed by our consciousness and DNA before we become aware of our existence in the material world. It is at this moment that we are tricked into believing that our reality is made of solid material. In reality, the material world is made of only energy patterns. This is the big secret of the Art of Creation. If you are interested in the secrets of reality, I recommend reading my book Staradigm because it contains sacred knowledge that will help you understand reality at a deeper level.
Partiki are responsible for creating our external reality. It is through the dynamics of their interaction that electromagnetic fields of sound frequency and light spectra are created, and frequency and vibration are brought into being. Frequency and vibration play very important roles in creating the structures of matter because they help organize matter, giving it appearances and uniqueness. For this reason, frequency and vibration are essential for life to exists.
The videos below do a great job of illustrating how frequency and vibration organize matter into sacred geometries and shapes.

This article explains the chakra system and how to open them, in an easy to understand way. The chakra explanations written below are simple descriptions of what each one represents along with the examples of what blocks them.
How to open your 7 chakras is described simplistically, yet in more detail through the Nick channel, animated show “The Last Air Bender – The Guru”, in the link below. Enjoy!
1. Earth Chakra – Deals with survival. It’s blocked by fear.
You cannot protect yourself or those you love if you’re too afraid of what you could potentially face in front of you. Let go of these fears so that you can help yourself and others survive.
Example: You won’t be able to properly defend yourself or your family when someone breaks into your home if you’re too afraid of pain or death.
2. Water Chakra – Deals with pleasure. It’s blocked by guilt
You won’t be able to enjoy true pleasure if your mind is blocked by what you feel most guilty about. Be rid of all Guilt, to enjoy Life’s Pleasures.
Example: Activities such as sports, travel and sex won’t be as pleasurable to you if you are too busy thinking about your guilt as if you don’t deserve life’s pleasures.
3. Fire Chakra – Deals with power. It’s blocked by shame.
You cannot feel true power within yourself if you’re too clouded by something you feel ashamed of. Powerful Leaders do not think of their shame but continue to lead. Block out all your shame, so that you can hold true power over yourself and others.
Example: People won’t want to follow you if you’re weakened by something bad you have done in the past. A strong Person letting go of their shame such as hurting a loved one will allow them to lead.
4. Love Chakra – Deals with love. It’s blocked by grief.
You cannot truly love another again if your mind is shrouded by the grief of losing someone from your past. You must learn to take what was love for them and spiral it into new love. Only then will you be able to love another once again.
Example: A person living their whole life not being able to truly love a new person because they’re saddened by their loss of their last love.
5. Sound Chakra – Deals with truth. It’s blocked by lies we tell ourselves.
You will never understand what Truth is, if you constantly tell yourself lies. You will always See a lie and never the truth. Whatever lie you say about yourself, let go of this lie and accept yourself for who you are, not who you wish you could be. Only then will you understand the truth.
Example: A person can never look at themselves as a confident beautiful person if they keep telling themselves they’re an ugly individual that no one wants to be around.
6. Light Chakra – Deals with insight. It’s blocked by illusion.
You will walk through life in an illusion if you see something as being what it is not. Let go of the illusions around you so that you can come to understand their true form and what or who they really are. All things are connected.
Example: Looking at Race, Countries, living things as a separated, divided thing instead of looking at them all as one in the same. Equal.
7. Thought Chakra – Deals with pure cosmic energy. It’s blocked by all earthly attachment.
You will not be able to truly gain complete control of your spirit and mind and not be able to connect it to the breathing universe if you’re too stuck with your earthly attachments such as love and possessions. Learn to let go of these possessions with an understanding that it can still be a part of your life without holding you down towards the earth. Only then will you finally Connect with the universe as a greater being and have true control over your spirit.
Example: A person being too attached to their Job, Money, Collections, Memories, Lover tend to forget there is a bigger, greater living universe to be spiritually connected to.

At the very roots of Chinese thinking and feeling there lies the principle of polarity, which is not to be confused with the ideas of opposition or conflict.
In the metaphors of other cultures, light is at war with darkness, life with death, good with evil, and the positive with the negative, and thus an idealism to cultivate the former and be rid of the latter flourishes throughout much of the world. To the traditional way of Chinese thinking this is as incomprehensible as an electric current without both positive and negative poles, for polarity is the principle that plus and minus, north and south, are different aspects of one and the same system, and that the disappearance of either one of them would be the disappearance of the system.
People who have been brought up in the aura of Christian and Hebrew aspirations find this frustrating, because it seems to deny any possibility of progress, an ideal which flows from their linear (as distinct from cyclic) view of time and history. Indeed, the whole enterprise of Western technology is “to make the world a better place” – to have pleasure without pain, wealth without poverty, and health without sickness.
We have been interfering with a complex system of relationships which we do not understand, and the more we study its details, the more it eludes us by revealing still more details to study. As we try to comprehend and control the world it runs away – from us. Instead of chafing at this situation, a Taoist would ask what it means. What is that which always retreats when pursued? Answer: yourself.
Idealists (in the moral sense of the word) regard the universe as different and separate from themselves – that is, as a system of external objects which needs to be subjugated.
Taoists view the universe as the same as, or inseparable from, themselves so that Lao-tzu could say, “Without leaving my house, I know the whole universe.”
This implies that the art of life is more like navigation than warfare, for what is important is to understand the winds, the tides, the currents, the seasons, and the principles of growth and decay, so that one’s actions may use them and not fight them.
In this sense, the Taoist attitude is not opposed to technology per se. Indeed, the Chuang-tzu writings are full of references to crafts and skills perfected by this very principle of “going with the grain.” The point is therefore that technology is destructive only in the hands of people who do not realize that they are one and the same process as the universe.
Our overspecialization in conscious attention and linear thinking has led to neglect, or ignore-ance, of the basic principles and rhythms of this process, of which the foremost is polarity.
In Chinese, the two poles of cosmic energy are yang (positive) and yin (negative), associated with the masculine and the feminine, the firm and the yielding, the strong and the weak, the light and the dark, the rising and the falling, heaven and earth, and they are even recognized in such everyday matters as cooking as the spicy and the bland.
Thus the art of life is not seen as holding to yang and banishing yin, but as keeping the two in balance, because there cannot be one without the other.
When regarding them as the masculine and the feminine, the reference is not so much to male and female individuals as to
characteristics which are dominant in, but not confined to, each of the two sexes. The male individual must not neglect his female component, nor the female her male. Thus Lao-tzu says:
Knowing the male but keeping the female, one becomes a universal stream. Becoming a universal stream, one is not separated from eternal virtue.
The yang and the yin are principles, not men and women, so that there can be no true relationship between the affectedly tough male and the affectedly flimsy female. The key to the relationship between yang and yin is called hsiang sheng, mutual arising or inseparability. As Lao-tzu puts it:
When everyone knows beauty as beautiful,
there is already ugliness;
When everyone knows good as goodness,
there is already evil.
“To be” and “not to be” arise mutually;
Difficult and easy are mutually realized;
Long and short are mutually contrasted;
High and low are mutually posited;
Before and after are in mutual sequence.
They are thus like the different, but inseparable, sides of a coin, the poles of a magnet, or pulse and interval in any vibration. There is never the ultimate possibility that either one will win over the other, for they are more like lovers wrestling than enemies fighting.
It is difficult in our logic to see that being and non-being are mutually generative and mutually supportive, for it is the great and imaginary terror of Western man that nothingness will be the permanent universe. We do not easily grasp the point that the void is creative, and that being comes from non-being as sound from silence and light from space.
Thirty spokes unite at the wheel’s hub;
It is the center hole that makes it useful.
Shape clay into a vessel;
It is the space within that makes it useful.
Cut out doors and windows for a room;
It is the holes which make it useful.
Therefore profit comes from what is there;
Usefulness from what is not there.
This space is not “just nothing” as we commonly use that expression, for I cannot get away from the sense that space and my awareness of the universe are the same, and call to mind the words of the Chan (Zen) Patriarch Hui-neng, writing eleven centuries after Lao-tzu:
The capacity of mind is broad and huge, like the vast sky. Do not sit with a mind fixed on emptiness. If you do you will fall into a neutral kind of emptiness. Emptiness includes the sun, moon, stars, and planets, the great earth, mountains and rivers, all trees and grasses, bad men and good men, bad things and good things, heaven and hell; they are all in the midst of emptiness. The emptiness of human nature is also like this.
Thus the yin-yang principle is that the somethings and the nothings, the ons and the offs, the solids and the spaces, as well as the wakings and the sleepings and the alternations of existing and not existing, are mutually necessary.
Yang and yin are in some ways parallel to the (later) Buddhist view of form and emptiness, of which the Heart Sutra says,
That which is form is just that which is emptiness and that which is emptiness is just that which is form.
The yin-yang principle is not, therefore, what we would ordinarily call a dualism, but rather an explicit duality expressing an implicit unity.

What is gratitude? Well, according to Robert Emmons, one of the leading scientific experts on gratitude featured in the video (from the link below), gratitude has two key components. First of all, it’s an “affirmation of goodness.”
When you feel gratitude, you affirm that you live in a benevolent world. Second, it’s a recognition that the source of benevolence comes from outside of yourself; that other people (or higher powers, if you so like) have provided you with “gifts.” In Emmons’ view, gratitude is “a relationship-strengthening emotion, because it requires us to see how we’ve been supported and affirmed by other people.”
In 2011, the Greater Good Science Center (GGSC) at the University of California, in collaboration with Emmons, launched a project called Expanding the Science and Practice of Gratitude. This project aims to:
In Emmons words:
“Neuroscientist Rick Hanson has said that the brain takes the shape the mind rests upon. Rest your mind upon worry, sadness, annoyance and irritability and it will begin to take the shape neurally of anxiety, depression and anger. Ask your brain to give thanks and it will get better at finding things to be grateful for, and begin to take the shape of gratitude.
Everything we do creates connections within networks of the brain, and the more you repeat something, the stronger those connections get. The mind can change the brain in lasting ways. In other words, what flows through the mind sculpts the brain.”
Keeping a written record of the things you’re thankful for is good for your health. That’s the conclusion reached by an ever-growing number of published studies showing a wide range of physical benefits. According to Laurie Santos, a psychologist who teaches a science of well-being and happiness course at Yale, focusing on gratitude has become a growing trend in recent years, and for good reason.
There’s an awful lot of stress and unhappiness in the world, and gratitude is an effective remedy that costs nothing. According to the Harris Poll Happiness Index, just 1 in 3 Americans reports being “very happy.” Other research suggests nearly 1 in 4 experiences has no life enjoyment at all.
If your joy quotient could use a boost, commit to cultivating gratitude this year. A simple and proven way of doing this is to keep a gratitude journal, in which you document the things you’re grateful for each day. One 2015 study found participants who kept a gratitude diary and reflected on what they were grateful for four times a week for three weeks improved their depression, stress and happiness scores. In a more recent study, high school students asked to keep gratitude journals over the course of a month also exhibited healthier eating patterns.
If you’ve decided to keep a gratitude journal, keep the following guidelines in mind:

Awakening Tips For Your Spiritual Journey

Awakening is a process towards self-discovery that we are so much more than we perceive to be. Here are four tips to help you on your spiritual awakening.
Awakening Tip #1 – Your Health “IS” Your Wealth!
Getting good rest, staying hydrated, eating healthy with supplements while we age is the secret of awakening. Staying active through several different forms of exercise for the body, mind, and spirit is a great way to stay connected to ourselves, (including our “higher self”), the “unseen” world, the universe, angles, guides, ascended masters or whatever belief system we hold dear and true for our daily awakening process. When we allow our internal guidance system to activate or “awaken” through our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies that we all have in our journey, we can move into a new sense of freedom that the awakening process brings and no longer become bogged down or concerned by dull or insignificant substances, experiences or people. We remember that the physical body is the ship that guides us through the many rivers of life. Then, using our emotional and mental bodies as our navigation system, and keeping our vessel clean, stocked, strong and sturdy with the mission to always be moving forward and having the awakening process be the “lookout” then prepare to receive messages we are all seeking in life.
Awakening Tip #2 – Embrace, Expand, Evolve the Mindset
The human mind or “supercomputer” for the human experience is full of incredible ideas, creative knowledge, abilities, and power! Many times, during our journey we can get stuck in certain ways of thinking, acting and responding to experiences on the many roads of life. When we become a life-long learner and a student of life we can embrace and expand our experiences in trying new things. By supporting a healthy brain with active lifestyle practices, we can keep our supercomputer up to date with several different programs, applications, and mindfulness in the world around us. If we engage with our senses of breathing, seeing, tasting, smelling, touching and hearing within our external environment, an awakening occurs when we have learned or experienced something new. Explore and discover new ideas, different belief systems, read a book, attend a workshop or lecture, have conversations with other people who have lived different lives than our own and most importantly be aware of thoughts both positive and negative. If we typically think negatively about things, people or places, we can start being “mindful” by having those thoughts be more neutral and work our way up to a positive way of thinking every single day. Studies time and time again have shown several benefits of positive thinking including a longer lifespan, decreased stress, stronger psychological health, and improved coping skills during difficult situations. “Change the way you look at things and the things you look at change.” -Wayne W. Dyer
Awakening Tip #3 – Clear Out, Prioritize, Simplify (C.O.P.S.)
Start by making room! Clear your space of the stuff that you no longer need, the stuff that merely serves as a distraction from your life. Moreover, while, yes, decluttering your physical space is important, it’s also important to declutter your mind. Take time every day to sit in silence and solitude. Allow your thoughts to pass without judgment, and slowly watch your mind clear of mental clutter. Meditation allows you to relax into what is presently true-and what is always present for all of us is that there is only love, no fear-and offers you a greater connection to your intuition (another language form of spiritual guidance).
Awakening Tip #4 – Hold On and Get Dragged or Let Go and Be Free?
The reality is you can’t force a spiritual awakening. Anyone can have one-and following tips like the ones in this article will help you in that effort, but there’s no prescription for enlightenment. Could you do what you can, then let it go? If you’re attached to the idea of having a spiritual awakening (and attached to your idea of what a spiritual awakening looks like), you’re far less likely to experience one. Know that you are on the perfect path for you.
Keep in mind that a spiritual awakening is not necessarily a one-time thing. The spiritual path is a lifelong journey of growth. Continue to follow the steps above, and you will undoubtedly find yourself “waking up” to new awareness and deeper consciousness repeatedly.

In The Midst Of Chaos Lies Peace… Connect With Your Peace
Lynne Herod-DeVerges

Have you noticed how much craziness is happening in the world today? One can argue nothing has changed from the beginning of time. There have always been wars over something- land, power, complete control.
There have always been groups who are wealthier than other groups who may have cheated and taken advantage of the have-nots; while a few have-nots focus on grabbing, taking or snatching from the haves. But recently, the chaos seems unequivocally out-of-control! It’s hard to pick up a newspaper, online magazine, video feed or watch television news without being aware of unrest in not only the United States but throughout the world. There’s no need to go into detail; you can read or watch that information for yourself. Needless to say though, the struggle for control, power, and wealth within a country or between countries demonstrates the tarring down of old regimes as new ones are fighting even more for dominance.
I equate the world or external chaos with the analogy of having conflicting energy battling within your own personal-self space. Old belief systems struggling to stay alive as new perspectives fight their way through to your consciousness, start causing you to question your old ways of thinking. This is not unlike communist countries being persuaded [sometimes with force] toward democracy. Jumbled emotions are unrecognizable, a challenge for sure, to experience any one specific feeling. Put simply, you feel horrible and yucky. The feelings are brought on by a twisted confusion of thoughts due to an array of circumstances. Experiences such as the have-nots who were at one time the have-somethings, until prevailing circumstances pushed them into poverty, is incomprehensible.
Externally and internally, the havoc of conflicting ideas, feelings, experiences, and simply surviving keeps all chaos spinning round and round. It’s hard to imagine there might be peace anywhere in the midst of it. Yet there is!
Chaos cannot exist unless there is peace. Peace cannot exist unless there is chaos. Look in the center of confusion…you will actually find peace. Pay attention to the quiet outside the noise…you will find peace. Take a deep breath in the middle of fearful feelings…you will find peace. Like the eye of a hurricane, nothing in that space is touched, it’s clear, with a patch of blue sky up above and, except for a bit of wind a few miles out, there’s no evidence of any disturbance. This is not an opposite condition but simply a juxtaposition of prevailing energies supporting each other, experienced in different ways.
Being aware of this, isn’t it wonderful to know that as your life seems upside down, backwards and topsy turvey it really is okay? It feels wrong but it’s right! Peace lies within. It’s in your center, it’s who you are, it’s the spirit-self which remains unmoved by changing conditions.
We know through the discovery of science that energy is always moving. It’s in constant motion and based on the conditions surrounding it or the type of energy itself, chaos brings transformation and transformation brings about the state of a resting condition, regardless of how long it remains in that still form. That resting condition is peace. It is a very over- simplified way of describing the Chaos Theory. Here’s a more concise explanation from the Fractal Foundation:
“Chaos is the science of surprises, of the nonlinear and the unpredictable. It teaches us to expect the unexpected. …Chaos Theory deals with nonlinear things that are effectively impossible to predict or control, like turbulence, weather, the stock market, our brain states, and so on. Chaos is not simply disorder. Chaos explores the transitions between order and disorder, which often occur in surprising ways.”
The Butterfly Effect is a great way to describe the principle of the Chaos Theory.
“This effect grants the power to cause a hurricane in China to a butterfly flapping its wings in New Mexico. It may take a very long time, but the connection is real. If the butterfly had not flapped its wings at just the right point in space/time, the hurricane would not have happened. A more rigorous way to express this is that small changes in the initial conditions lead to drastic changes in the results.”
As it appears, based on this theory, one energy condition does not happen without the other, and no position remains constant as it is affected by it’s counterpart which appears through transition or transformation. Now looking at the chaos within your personal space, at work, or home, when you peer into the “drama” described as chaos what would be the transformation of that energy? Perhaps restfulness, stillness, being settled, stable, non-stress, easiness, seamless flow or even peace?
Like the Butterfly Effect it only takes a small action to shift and transform the chaos in your own life to one of peace, which may not be noticeable from the spot where confusion lies.
But here are some things you can do to create the transition:
Always remember, in the midst of chaos is peace. It’s only a matter of you connecting with your inner peace to transform whatever the chaos is spinning around in your life.
