You are probably wondering about the title and how in the world you could possibly have four bodies when, the last time you counted, you only had one. Indeed you do have a body, a physical body that you work through, interact with, express from and so much more. You are very familiar with this body because you see; hear; taste; smell; and feel with it, which makes it seem, as if it is the only one. But connected to your physical body are 3 other bodies, also. They are your emotional body; mental body and spiritual body. Each one has its own purpose and together, when in harmony with each other, they create total unity allowing you to live from the place of power within you. This is why it’s important to integrate your four bodies.
Looking at each body, one-by-one provides a better picture of the function of each one. Of course you know the physical body ohhh too well; so that doesn’t need clarification. As for the emotional body it is exactly as it sounds. The emotional body houses all of the emotions you feel. If it was set aside separate from the other bodies it appears a bit more distorted than the physical body. There are many colors with varying hues and shades that swirl around in a cloud of inter-tangled vibrational fibers, where each strand can be plucked, like a violin string, ready to emanate a particular emotion. And often, which ever emotional strand is played that emotion is dominate until the next one is struck. The mental body of course, contains all of the decisions, belief systems, ideas, concepts, memories and creative inspirations you have, in those split second moments one after the other, after the other. Like the emotional body, it too is filled with color and vibrational strands along with additional geometrical strands that connect it to the emotional and physical bodies. When a particular strand of the mental body is struck; say the belief system in lack, it will also cause one of the emotional strands of fear or worry or lack of love to be struck. Before long, those emotional strands which are connected to other mental body strands, such as uncertainty, are hit and after a while you feel terribly out of balance. By the way, each one of these strands, being connected to the physical body resonate physical vibrations that can lead to destructive behavior and dis-ease. Last but absolutely not least, the spiritual body is actually the soul. It is the body that looks much like your physical body but with a beautiful glowing bright light that illuminates a truer essence of your divine nature. This body houses experiences and lessons from past lives, to the past and present from this life time. When you no longer have need of the physical body, it is the soul or spirit body that continues to ascend, learn and experience until the spirit itself, no longer needs it.
When integrating all of these bodies harmoniously, it means the vibrational strands, from each body, is in alignment to help you ascend higher and higher. The process of ascension is the process of slighting shifting [fine tuning] each strand in every body bringing them together, like the individual strings of a piano playing the exact right cords in Mozart’s Sonata. The way to fine tune these strands is through clearing away energy causing lower vibrational frequencies; aligning yourself with natural laws; focusing on higher more expansive energies and the willingness to transform in whatever way necessary [including going way out of your comfort zone] stagnant energies. As you systematically go about each of these processes you will quickly align and Harmonizing Your 4 Bodies harmoniously to experience a more joyful, peaceful life.
