Core LessonThere are two primary purposes for human beings existing on this beautiful planet of ours. One is to create. We are creative beings like that of Divine Source; the very Being who made Its ultimate creation…us!  And two, we are all here to learn lessons that cause us to grow as we continue to evolve back to the Divine essence of Source.  Although individually we each have a number of specific lessons to learn, each one points to a very grand lesson that all human beings must master; this is known as the core lesson.  So what is it?  It’s an energy everyone experiences in one way or another throughout life, actually multiple lives. The core lesson…is to completely transmute fear into love.

When you think about it, you’ve dealt with various forms of fear your entire life. It may be anything from the fear of speaking up to the fear of falling to the fear of insects, objects or even succeeding.  Perhaps it’s the fear of people or the fear of not being accepted by people in the way of social anxiety.  There are so many ways to describe fear it’s different names fill pages in a dictionary.  Nevertheless, no matter what name it’s called by, fear is fear and fear is the core lesson to master.

In reality, there is a useful purpose to fear.  It’s presence warns us of danger.  But, not necessarily the type of danger we think of; loss of physical body, threat of mental or emotional abuse; or the looming sense of pain. Fear, in its proper use is to act as a guide when we are veering off course from our path toward evolutionary enlightenment.  After all, the physical emotional, mental and spiritual bodies are simply tools available to us for the specific purposes of navigating this existence.  Remember, we are here to create [in this world].  And through creation we learn lessons to help us elevate back to Source.

We are spirits in this experience we’ve created.  And, what have we created?  Well, we’ve created a light body – also known as the soul.  This is where our true self as spirit, rests.  We’ve created an emotional body and a mental body in which the soul rests.  We’ve created a physical body, once we come here to experience this plain of existence, which houses the other bodies.  And, whether it is during this life time or life-time, after life-time, fear is the ultimate lesson to overcome allowing the true essence of ourselves to be revealed and expressed.  That is, when fear is no longer present love is uncovered as an even stronger, more powerful energy than the fear laying over it.  Love is what we are.  In our natural state love is what’s experienced and expressed. Love is the essence from which we were created. Love is the essence from which we are creators ourselves.Core Muscles Lessons

So, here you are, on this planet, at this time creating your own journey filled path to eventually reach your destiny of moving beyond fear and into love. This means elevating to the highest state of spirit by purifying your consciousness.  Life experience after life experience helps do that as you learn from one lifetime to another how to shift fear into absolute love. And within each life time, through the choices you make, there are experiences that elevate you.  Some of them are lessons of beautiful love and some of the lessons are moving beyond fear after one, two, or a hundred opportunities.  Even though you aren’t always aware of it, you choose the types of situations required to help you bring up fearful consciousness as a way to go through it, beyond it, around it and above it.  And if you have not become neutral and mastered the type of fear experienced, although it may be temporarily forgotten or buried within you, it can be triggered at any time by anything.

Here’s a simple blueprint on how to recognize your triggers and then, what to do to bring about unconditional love and ease when fear is present.

  • Step 1 Take an accounting of your life. What is it that you fear?  Make a list of everything, from the fear of bees to the fear of closed in spaces and everything in between.
  • Step 2 – Examine each fear by asking yourself, “What is the cause of this fear?” What incident, experience, circumstance took place for me to be afraid?  Be sure to journal your findings.
  • Step 3 – Starting with the fear easiest to resolve, map out a strategy on how you will resolve the actual situation which set off the fear to begin with. Some examples are: meditation; visualizing the circumstance differently – the way you would have wanted it to be; deep breathing exercises; writing exercises; re-constructing, in the present moment, what happened (undoubtedly your reactions from the incident or what someone told you will be different than it was when it took place); etc.  There are many, many, many other things you can do, too.  You will want to continue working on this until the fear is no longer present at the time.  [If you’d like to map out a strategy contact me at CenterOfLightMiracles@gmail.com.]
  • Step 4 Repeat the process for the next fear; and then the next; and then the next.
  • Step 5 At some point there will be a trigger that pushes against one of the fears lying inside you. When the trigger happens make note of the type of energy that sets you off. A tone of voice, an action taken, your belief system challenged, an uncomfortable feeling.
  • Step 6 – Once the trigger is recognized it’s your opportunity to pay attention to the fear which comes to the surface.
  • Step 7 – When a deeper level of the fear does come to the surface continue to work the strategy as you had before, or map out a new one.
  • Step 8 Continue to do this until you have moved through all of the fears identified.
  • Step 9 – This final step is not the end of completely evolving past the overall core lesson of fear, but it is the last step in the process of moving beyond your fear and into love. It is simple: Put your attention on your heart; visualize (or simply intend) a seven pointed star is resting in the middle of it. Imagine the star is a beautiful brilliant pearlescent, luminescent golden color vibration.  See this star becoming brighter and brighter until it is so bright it illuminates your heart entirely and then it’s so bright and expansive it begins to move through your entire body.  It’s like a glowing sun that has rays shining in and throughout every part of you.  This luminescent star represents unconditional love and you call it to the surface each time you visualize the star and imagine it’s glory penetrating and shining through you.  In fact, you can experience the splendor of this love.

The various types of fear you list will include some that will be easy to resolve while others will require going through these steps, several times, until eliminated.  There are some things you may fear so deeply, such as the fear of pain or the fear of death, that it requires vigilant focus and intention to move past it while bringing love forward.

Along this journey you will also discover fears you’ve forgotten about or didn’t know were there.  Some will be tied into a more prominent fear, such as the fear of suffocation which can appear as claustrophobia or drowning.  And, you will come to recognize that just because you cleared the fear at a particular moment in time doesn’t mean it is gone permanently. It may be present on a deeper level, like deep roots of a tree. This is why it’s important to repeat the steps consistently, not only for fears you haven’t tackled yet, but for fears you thought might have been gone.  You’ll know when a fear is gone. You won’t experience it any more, particularly in the presence of any of the triggers.  And that’s when you’ll be aware that Divine love has taken its place.
